To bid in an auction you will not be attending in person, please complete this form for absentee bidding and submit it by 2.00 pm on Friday 9 August 2024, the date of the sale for the Fundraising Silent Auction.

Fundraising Silent Auction finishes at 3 PM, on Friday 9 August 2024 for the general public.
The final live auction will be held that day during The Madeleines Show, from 7 PM to 10 PM.
With your authorization, we will contact you if there is a higher bidding for your item of interest from 7 PM to 10 PM, on Friday 9 August 2024.

I authorise Morrinsville Gallery to bid on my behalf at the above-mentioned auction for the following items up to the prices indicated below. These bids are to be executed at the lowest price levels possible, allowing for other bids and reserves. I understand that if successful I will purchase the item or items at or below the prices listed on this form.

I have read and understood and agree to comply with the Auction Rules. Morrinsville Gallery will advise me as soon as is practical that I am the successful bidder of the item or items described above. I agree to pay immediately on receipt of this advice making a deposit of the item using the Morrinsville Art Gallery Charitable Trust bank account 02 0368 0042073000.

I will arrange for collection or dispatch of my purchases. If Morrinsville Gallery is instructed by me to arrange for packing and dispatch of goods I agree to pay any costs incurred by Morrinsville Gallery. I understand that due the delicate nature of some of the items, Morrinsville Gallery reserves the right to request a personal pick up of an item if this is the best logistic option available.
