THANK YOU!

The Morrinsville Gallery Family is deeply grateful for the outstanding work delivered by our Fundraising Committee, including Linda Chapman, Helen Gibson, Brian Gibson, Glenda Howie, and Jane Fergusson.

Their dedication and hard work, supported by our sponsors —
House of Travel, MBS Advisors, Vercoe Insurance Brokers, and Kevin Deane — as well as our volunteers, Morrinsville News, Morrinsville Chamber of Commerce, and our generous local community, made our successful Fundraising Evening possible.

For this special auction, we were honoured to present the works of the following artists who support the mahi required for the financial well-being of the Morrinsville Gallery: Wayne Sinclair, Vicki Carruthers, Karin Barr, Peata Larkin, Adrian Worsley, Creative Fibres, Brian Gibson, Georgia Black, Mr. Black, Pauline Tapping, Barry Smith, Catherine Smith, Marion Bailey, and Joy Yeates-Ross.Thank you very much for your support!

The Madeleines was an evening full of music, dance, art, and beauty. One hundred patrons enjoyed this fantastic international singing trio based in Auckland. The show mixed songs from the 1950s to the 1980s and proved that Morrinsville loves top entertainment! There was also a successful art auction, with local auctioneer Kevin Deane ensuring that those who gathered added to their art collections while supporting the Gallery's fundraising efforts.

"Over $17,000 was raised, and this will help with the financial shortfall that the Gallery is experiencing in these difficult financial times," said one of the organizers, Jane Fergusson. "We were very grateful to our sponsors for the night, and it's great when the community comes together to support the Gallery and have a fabulous night out," Jane said.
